Due to the high frequency of fake, poorly-made, and potentially dangerous versions of our product that have existed on the market we have created the RED FLAG ILLEGAL VENDOR list.  If you purchase The Cut Buddy or a similar model from the following websites you are putting yourself and others at risk from the fake, poorly-made, and potentially dangerous product.

 

The official product, The Cut Buddy, has never been and will never be for sale on the following RED FLAG ILLEGAL VENDORS list.  We give the strongest recommendation against purchasing the product or any look alike on the following websites:

These websites should not be trusted for purchases of The Cut Buddy and we can not be held legally responsible for the poor quality or potentially harmful effects of using fake, poorly-made, and potentially harmful products purchased on those websites.  Our company is held harmless from any incident resulting from purchase from an unapproved dealer.

The Cut Buddy LLC maintains the right to pursue legal action against anyone who is purchasing or reproducing our patented product without our permission.  Our name and design is protected by intellectual property law and trademark law in the United States, Canada, North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia. 

 

To date we have legally prosecuted over 1,000 vendors and customers for buying or selling fake versions of The Cut Buddy.  We personally hire intellectual property protection firms to pursue illegal activity and online merchants and head hunters provide us with information of vendors and customers who are violating our terms. We will eventually find you.

Returns

All The Cut Buddy products are sold new. We do not sell used items and never will.  If our product is broken upon delivery, please take a photo and email to info@thecutbuddy.com

 

Terms of Return

If good is damaged, deeply cracked or broken beyond normal circumstances, we will replace.

1. Take photo of product and email to info@thecutbuddy.com

2. Once we have confirmed receipt of your image, we will email you our confirmation.

3. We will send you a new product through expedited mailing service..

 

Note:

Friction punches and ink stamps are normal bi-products of manufacturing thin plastic in an injection molding machine and DO NOT impact the effectiveness, durability, or functionality of The Cut Buddy.  Customers have confused these marks with the thought that the product was previously used; we can assure you we do not sell used products.
